{"id":2311,"date":"2021-10-31T13:51:36","date_gmt":"2021-10-31T13:51:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.professormichaelburt.com\/new\/?page_id=2311"},"modified":"2021-10-31T13:55:35","modified_gmt":"2021-10-31T13:55:35","slug":"hexahyp-7-and-penta-dome-structures","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.professormichaelburt.com\/new\/structural-morphology-application\/hexahyp-7-and-penta-dome-structures\/","title":{"rendered":"Hexahyp 7 and Penta-dome structures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hexahyp-7 (Burt, 1969), an experimental pretabrIcated Iight-weight shell structure of fiber &#8211; glass reinforced polyester.<br \/>\nThe structure part of a morphological-structural investigation of continuous large-span polyhyparic (closely related to periodic minimal surfaces) shell structures was constructed by the Architecture &amp; Town-lanning<br \/>\nFaculty students of the Technion, (1.I.T), at the old Technion site in Haifa.
